Return Policy

Drugs and perishable items—including supplements, herbal mixtures, and food-based products—are non-returnable and non-refundable. This ensures product integrity and compliance with public health laws. Customers are advised to review all product information carefully before making a purchase. 

 

Books and other non-perishable items may be returned only if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. 

 

To initiate a return (where applicable), please contact our customer support at condiosniglimited@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Photo evidence of defects or damage may be required. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
